When you choose the item you want to order, simply choose your size and color and hit Add to Card button.

You can find the Size Guide in each product page. All the measurement provided are of the body, NOT the clothes. If you are between sizes, you are not sure which size is the correct or you want to order a custom item made to your personal measurements, please contact us at support@frakturashop.com – we can help with choosing the correct size for you.

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Our production time is usually 5-9 working days.

During holidays and special promotional days such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday due to high volume of order production time might be more.

Once we send your order shipping time is as follow:

- Europe: 1-4 days
- US & Canada: 3-4 days
- Rest of the world: 5-7 days

For all our orders we use express courrier delivey either via DPD or DHL.

For every order you will receive a tracking number you can use to track your order.

Yes, you can! Here's what you need to know:

- All returns & exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery

- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached

- We accept only one exchange per item

- Custom Orders* cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specific sizing and changes (unless there is proven defect, wrong size or color)

- Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable

NB: During peak season, allow extra processing time for refunds due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account, timing depends on your payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
